1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds for purchases made through colorvia.app.io under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Service Issues: The AI coloring page generation service does not perform as described or advertised
- Technical Problems: Significant technical issues that prevent normal use of the service
- Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization
- Failed Generations: If the AI fails to generate coloring pages due to technical errors (credits will not be deducted)
Refunds are not available for:
- Credits that have been used to generate coloring pages
- Services that have been used extensively or completed
- Changes of mind after the service has been delivered
- Requests made after the 7-day timeframe
- Generated coloring pages that have been downloaded
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Description of the issue encountered

3. Refund Method
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

5. Credit System and Refunds
Colorvia operates on a credit-based system where:
- Credit Purchases: Credits are purchased in packages and used to generate coloring pages
- Credit Expiration: Credits included in subscription plans reset monthly; one-time credit packs are valid for 90 days
- Failed Generations: Credits are not deducted if the AI fails to generate coloring pages due to technical errors
- Refund Calculation: Refunds for credit purchases will be calculated based on unused credits at the time of refund request
- Credit Restoration: In case of technical issues, we may restore credits instead of providing monetary refunds
6. Data Privacy
When processing refunds, we collect and use the following personal information:
- Name and email address
- Payment information (processed securely through our payment processor)
- Order details and transaction history
- Communication records related to the refund request
- Uploaded photos (processed only for coloring page generation and immediately deleted)
Purpose of Collection:
- To process and verify refund requests

Data Handling:
- We use cookies to enhance your experience and track service usage
